We are pleased to inform you that the new collective agreement has been signed both by PSAC and the Employer.

The agreement will expire on August 4, 2021. It includes wage increases of 2.8%, 2.2% and 1.35% for each year of the contract. There are also changes to maternity and parental provisions, new types of leave and increases to various allowances.

All pay increases and retroactive amounts owed to employees will be implemented within 180 days of the signing of the collective agreement. All other provisions included in the new collective agreement will be effective at time of signing.
